HERE SINCE THE BEGINNING

Stasis Estates has been in operation since 1979, when property development in Pafos was still taking shape. We've been here since the beginning: our registration number with the Cyprus Property Developers' Association is 11.

We started with projects in Kato Pafos and grew into a company that develops, builds, and operates residential, commercial, and leisure assets. As Pafos evolved, we expanded with intent: into locations chosen for access, elevation, and enduring demand across the district.

We built a reputation the hard way: repeatable delivery, consistent finishes, and disciplined after-sales care. The point was never volume. The point was permanence: creating places people return to, and assets owners trust to hold their value. Throughout, customer satisfaction was never treated as a slogan — it was set as an internal rule. That rule, together with our unwavering commitment to integrity, still shapes what we design, deliver, and stand behind.

STABILITY IN THE PRESENT

In 1990, we began operating the Avlida Hotel at the Tombs of the Kings, which we designed and built fully in-house. What started as a modest 100-room three-star venture is now a four-star resort with 200 rooms, multiple pools, and full resort facilities, supported by ongoing renovations and expansions. Hospitality at scale exposes every weakness. It also proves standards. We operate under that test every day, and we proudly hold the title of the most occupied year-round resort in our category.

That operating discipline carries into our residential work. Over the decades, we continued building homes and communities across Pafos, both urban and rural. Our aim was always to deliver assets that must perform, not just photographs that must impress. By controlling construction, delivery, and operations culture, we reduce the handoffs that usually dilute accountability. Buyers get one line of responsibility, clearer timelines, and a developer that remains present long after the keys are handed over. Today, we claim top locations: from Saint Neofytos to the world-renowned Sea Caves, and from the hill-tops of Peyia to the ancient shores of the Tombs of the Kings.
